This equipment is a high-performance, fully automatic guillotine sheeting machine engineered as a high-efficiency mass production solution for the through-cutting (full-cut) of various web and roll-form materials.
The machinery is equipped with precision feeding and automatic tension control systems, paired with heavy-duty, wear-resistant premium cutting dies. After the raw material is unwound from the rear payoff section, it undergoes microcomputer-controlled, ultra-low tolerance transverse through-cutting. The finished single sheets then immediately slide smoothly along a dedicated chute to be neatly collected on the front receiver ramp.
The entire manufacturing line operates in a fluid, continuous single pass.
